Steam Shrink Tunnel is used for different and irregular, square, round, oval and flat bottles label shrinking to perfection. The steam pipes are easy to adjust and maintain. It offers even shrinking as the distribution of steam are uniform and shrinking starts from top to bottom. The steam nozzle is divided into two segments and height inclination position of steam nozzle can be adjusted as per bottle dimension. As almost saturated steam with a pressure of 6 kg/cm2 is being passed through Electric/ Gas Based Boiler. The entire machine is constructed in Stainless steel 304 grade with collecting tray for condensed water in the bottom. The machine design is convenient for operation and maintenance.
